About the International Office

Since September 1, 2021, the International Office is a department in the Division for Science Communication and Strategy, and reports to the Vice-President for Internationalization and Sustainability.

 

The department International Office has three divisions:

  • the mobility programs
  • and the services
  • Housing Service for international students, doctoral candidates and visiting researchers
  • Welcome Service for international guests (exchange students and visiting researchers)
  • coordination of the 4D project "Digital Multilinguism"
  • consults the vice president as well as the faculties on exchange cooperations, including
    • setting up contracts
    • financial support options

 

 

In addition, the International Office has a Financial Affairs team.
