Intenships outside the Erasmus+ area and Switzerland
For self-organized internships outside the Erasmus+ area and Switzerland, you may be eligible to apply for a DAAD PROMOS Scholarship.

Internships in the Erasmus+ area and Erasmus+ Worldwide
For internships in one of the Erasmus+ program or partner countries, you can apply for an Erasmus grant.

Organization of the internship

You will have to organize the internship, yourself. You are welcome to ask your institute, department or student council, as well as fellow students if there are any contacts abroad.

In addition, you can take a look at the IO's experience reports to get ideas what other students have already done abroad and how it was a organized. The reports are organized by country and then again by type of stay and subjects.
